New Prints//

Screen printed, originally collage.

As much as I enjoy digitally editing my work through photo shop and producing digital prints, my favorite form of print making is silk screen printing. I produce collage through screen printing, taking fragmented images and creating different formations into one images through the silk screen process.
I also take collages from my sketchbooks, blow them up, edit them in photo shop and screen print them.

These are a selection for my Moleskine collage's. I use a lot of old ephemera and nostalgic imagery, from 1950's & 1960's fashion magazines, books, sewing patterns, old photos that I've collected over many years from markets, charity shops and house clearance sales.

I take fragments of the past, of other peoples lives and memories and re appropriate then into new ones.
